How an engagement runs
Assess. What's deployed, what's connected, what's actually being watched. If you already own InsightIDR, we audit the event source coverage and detection health first - the gap is usually wider than the dashboard suggests.
Deploy and tune. Collector placement, core event sources, agent rollout, and detection tuning in a deliberate order, so coverage builds on a foundation instead of a pile. Noise gets addressed at the source, not muted.
Operate. The ongoing layer, sized to your choice above: monthly tuning and review for co-managed clients, or full MDR onboarding and relationship management for around-the-clock coverage. Either way, you get a readout in plain language about what was seen and what it meant.
