Led a multi-wave data center migration to AWS for a state transportation agency - hundreds of servers, databases, and application workloads. Built a Terraform IaC framework across multiple repositories with reusable modules and automated CI/CD.

Built and ran the vulnerability management program for a statewide transportation agency - full Rapid7 platform deployment, risk-based prioritization, and remediation tracking spanning traditional IT and OT/SCADA systems. Findings became owned, ticketed work with a backlog that trends down, instead of a spreadsheet nobody opens between audits.

Deployed AWS Private CA with encrypted SQL connectivity through NLB and HAProxy - zero-downtime cutover. Redesigned security group architecture, eliminating hundreds of hardcoded CIDRs in favor of managed prefix lists.

Built an AI-powered news aggregation platform with automated content generation, deduplication, and controlled tagging. Automated infrastructure orchestration using agentic workflows with multi-repo task coordination and PR review cycles.

Migrated client environments from AWS to Hetzner - half the cost, double the performance, zero downtime.

Resolved cross-agency governance friction by aligning executive stakeholders on operating model boundaries. Authored a statewide infrastructure feasibility concept combining rail, commercial hubs, and solar corridors.

Stood up a consulting practice end to end - S-Corp formation, SAM.gov registration, payroll, accounting, and federal contracting eligibility. Developed a GitHub-integrated architecture standards enforcement plugin for automated code review.
